Missed or late-cancelled appointments result in a lost booking deposit. Appointments are confirmed electronically, and it is your responsibility to remember them. Late arrival will shorten your appointment, and emergency absences are considered individually. If circumstances beyond our control require cancellation, we will reschedule without charge.
